IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ!
Single Adults only (21+). No couples.
Absolutely no children and infants. No pets. We don't have cats or dogs.
For your and our safety - No Visitors Allowed. No loud music.
In making a booking you understand and accept this is a clothing-free optional property.
• We are based in rural Ōhaupō in the Waikato - address will be supplied upon booking.
• Prices on this website are quoted in NZ$ and contain no hidden extra fees (eg: no additional service or cleaning fees).
• Advertised prices are subject to change without notice. Advanced reservations will be at the price agreed at the time of booking.
• A 50% deposit may be requested during busy periods to secure your booking.
• You’re welcome to cancel free of charge with a full deposit refund up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 1–7 days of check-in receive a 50% refund of deposit.
• If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive 100% of any deposits or advanced payments.
• No refunds are available for no-shows.
• Payment is required via bank transfer prior, or on arrival, before departure, or cash on arrival - sorry no EFTPOS.
• GST receipts available upon request.
• Classic Break Check-in: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM to ensure time for your massage - Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Naturist Experience (4 hours) start times from 9.00am to 3.00pm.
• TLC Break Check-in from 12.00pm to 3.00pm (to allow 4 hours of dedicated time) - Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• We are smoking & vaping friendly - but strictly outdoors and no smoking in the spas (vaping is OK).
• We are BYO friendly but we can not supply you with alcohol. Please drink sensibly!
• Wet coats and boots to be left outside please.
• Please lock your accommodation if you leave the property - and remember to get dressed!
